HOW CAN WE MANAGE 100 Gb OF DATA SITE WITH THIS KIND OF LIBRARY
The media library its just incredible there s no possibility to create folder, renames it, drag and drop to manage all the file, INCREDIBLE !!!!! and i just start to create my site, its just a shame WordPress how could we work like that !!!!!??
I just can't imagine user try to perform with that in comercial site, JUST IMBELIVABLE.
Yes i no user are heroic.
Nota you info the WordPress version on the interface please...

Please note that this is not a support forum nor a place for product reviews, but a place used to develop WordPress, to raise bugs, and to suggest patches and code changes.

While you're mentioning some issues you have with the media library, it's hard to see any clear feature change proposal in your ticket.

It sounds more like a product review and not an actionable change proposal. Also, there is an obvious issue with the tone used in this ticket. I'm therefore closing it as invalid, but feel free to add more actionable items, so this ticket may be reopened later.

By the way, concerning the media library, it's right that it is not the most modern component in WordPress. But there is a big technical debt on it, and at the same time, it's hard to rebuild it completely without facing huge backwards compatibility issues.

It will probably be rebuilt at some point, but it is a long term task. In the meantime, there is a bunch of plugins that can be used to improve the experience with the Media Library: ​https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/media+library/
