Hi. Got this error line in server error log using PHP 8.0.16 and WP 6.1.1:

PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class "WP_Widget" not found in /data/www/domain.com/wp-includes/widgets/class-wp-widget-tag-cloud.php:17\nStack trace:\n#0 {main}\n thrown in /data/www/domain.com/wp-includes/widgets/class-wp-widget-tag-cloud.php on line 17\n

Seems bots trying to execute .php files outside of WP scope and that's why this error happens.
