Hello @Guillermo77 and thanks for opening this ticket,

I'm sorry to ear that you have an issue with your WordPress website.
However, I never heard of any related issue in the past, or in recent tickets. This should occur because of a plugin or a database setting.

I think it is something for Support forums rather that WordPress Core Trac, but just to be sure, could you please try to reproduce the issue with a new WordPress site without any plugin, by installing an old version (like 6.0) and to update to the last one?

Thank you :)

This no is about wordpress update.
Is about the translations update.
I use WordPress in Spanish.

When I press the update translations to Spanish, all the emojis changes to ?

This happen only when I update the translations, I don't no... no tell me if is plugin translations or theme or wordpress..

So, I no think is one plugin, maybe you can test it.

I use emojis from my samsung keyboard and also copy from websites of emojis.
Theme generatepress
Last version chrome..

I no use emoji plugin, but after several times this happens I now I stalled emojis in the tool bar. I don't no if that will help me to fix this... I installed the plugin today

I has only one plugin of special characters for music, punctuation, etc

Or is my theme or is wordpress who missed the emojis images. 🤔

Alright, but you told that it alterates the emojis located inside posts content, right?

Translation updates don't touch your posts content… that's a very weird case, never heard about this before 🤔

It would be pretty interesting to verify if it still occurs with a brand new WordPress installation, without any plugin. Just with a default theme and Spanish translation.

Yes, title (no in the link)
And inside post, true 👍

I no understand why touch the emogis..

And this happen with the translations.

I use emotes from a few years, months, is something new I started to use.

Why wordpress altered my content?
Maybe translations touch something in the database in the process?

Can be jetpack? Is the only strong plugin I have,..

I am System Analyst but no pro user of wordpress, sorry for no help more.

I have one list of the post with emojis and after update I change one by one 🙁

If no can repruce the error I can write the list of the plugins..

I deleted the files in languages, update, but no can reproduce the error.
Next time I update something I will check if give me again the error.
But is one update.

Maybe is one update of the theme Generatepress?
But why modify the emojis?

Thanks
