admin email has not been sent

hello, imì'm working on retevaldera.it, i uploaded a code snippet to put the site in maintenance mode, we had to create a small streaming service using WpStream, i translated the message in the code snippet, and evidently not being the best at php i probably messed up something, now i have the well known critical error i checked the email boxes of all the admins and none of us got the support email to access the recovery mode, we don't have any ftp access to the website, could you please help me?

I'm sorry to hear you had trouble with your site. It seems to be running again. If not, these English support forum topics might help:

Because this is not likely a Core bug, I'll close the ticket. Feel free to reopen it and give more details if a Core bug is discovered.
