Hi and welcome to WordPress Core Trac!

Unfortunately, Trac is not the best place to receive help with individual sites. You could use the WordPress.org support forums. Because you reviewed the Premium Addons for Elementor plugin, you must have Elementor, which could make the Elementor forum preferable.

If I understand correctly that you want to create a hover style that affects the opposite column instead of the one hovered, maybe as a dimming effect, it is possible with Elementor. You could set a special hover style on the Section element. Then you could add another hover style to both Column elements, which would match the default content styling (overriding anything you changed on the Section element).
