Description

Using WP 2.3.2, self hosted on 1&1 Unix servers. I typically edit WP using Internet Explorer 7.0 with latest patches.
In past I have created several text widgets with no problem. After upgrade to 2.3.2 - or - a patch to IE, I cannot be sure - I can no longer create a text widget, or alter an existing one. I can do so if I switch to Firefox browser, however that is not always an option. This same issue affects another widget I use "widgeitize anything" which acts in the same manner. Will not save any changes to the WP install. Observations: In Firefox when I save chagnes it takes a long time, and a message comes up (wish I had the full text, sorry) that "a script is taking a long time to run" do you wish to continue? If I click yes it will continue and eventually save the widget and changes. In IE I never see that message, it just does nothing (visible) when widget is reopened it is empty of all text. I posted this from the forums on the advice of Otto42. Hopefully this is the correct procedure to report bugs.
