Cannot Click Theme Details if there is an Update to the Theme

When on the page /wp-admin/themes.php I cannot click the 'Theme Details' button if the theme has an update available. I get a console error in Chrome:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'theme_update_strings')

I cannot reproduyce the issue on my side.
Could you please try to replicate the issue on a fresh 6.1.1 install, without any plugin and using a native theme?
