Update the version of tinymce JS File

Description

In our recent website security scan (WAPT) we found that
"tinymce-4.9.11.min.js" file is not updated which cause vulnerability. We need to update this file to its latest version as per the guidelines
Request you to help us in updating the file “tinymce-4.9.11.min.js” version. We have already using the wordpress latest version.
But still this particular file is not getting updated. The current version of the file is “tinymce-4.9.11.min.js” and we want the latest one "tinymce-6.3.1.min.js”.
