     36Update: I tested in a few more block themes and this issue does not appear if the theme includes
     37{{{ add_theme_support( 'wp-block-styles' );}}}
     38Twenty Twenty-Three should not include this. The problem needs to be fixed in Gutenberg and then added to WordPress in a future release.
