Site Editor: Navigation block items window modal goes out of screen when both the List View & Block Inspector sidebar are active or inactive.

When trying to add menu items under the navigation block, the block items modal appears in half or completely goes out of screen when both the List View and the Blocks Inspector are toggled ON/OFF.

Testing environment:
WP 6.2 beta 1, Firefox 109.0.1, Windows 11, TT3 & Powder themes.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Activate TT3 or other block theme
2. Go to its header
3. Edit the Navigation block via the Editor
4. Toggle both the List View and the Block Inspector ON/OFF
5. Add menu items
6. Notice the blocks window modal appears in half or even goes out of the screen

Thanks @franz00! Moving to the 6.2 milestone for visibility and decision about whether to use this ticket as a tracking ticket for a possible backport from GB.

I've tested this issue with the latest nightly build (2/17/2023).

This issue will occur which depends on your menu item you added to the navigation. If you add the menu item more than 2 and set as Justify items right, when you click add new one, the modals will goes off the screen.

But if you set the navigation to Justify items left or center, when you click add new one, the modals will show without cut off.

As this has been reported upstream, I'll close this ticket. Looks like this has been fixed upstream and the fix should be in WordPress 6.2 Beta 4 according to the latest comment on the issue.
