"Add Review" button is appearing under products in the "All Products" block even when reviews are deactivated

Description
The "All Products" block has a bug. Under each product in the All Products block, the "Add Review" button appears even when reviews are deactivated for the whole site.
This bug can be viewed on my website: https://eveninglandbooks.com/browse-all/
Other product boxes don't seem to have this issue. Please fix it.
