View Bar Issue in Add New Post Page

Description

While just creating a post I found a bug where I just toggled the post editor and then tried to switch to fullscreen mode by clicking the menu icon which is at the right end corner, the View Bar was at the backside of the post editor.

I think it should come at the top, technically we need to get the View Bar to the top if the toggled post editor is in use.
