In the add new plugins section there is a problem, which can be seen in the screenshot.

I've failed to reproduce this issue on a freshly installed WordPress 6.1.1.
The list of favorite plugins is fetched from a remote server, so it's unlikely an issue with the server.
Providing reproduction steps would be very helpful in ensuring that the issue is not related to this specific website. Thanks!
