Description
I was relatively surprised today when opening after a long time a WP Dashboard.
However, the Dashboard Menu > Appearance hides the customiser and I clearly recall having read how "deprecated" and "pre-blocks" this feature is and that neither plugins nor themes are anymore permitted (or encouraged? Do not recall the exact wording) to even point to it
How comes this is still promoted?
Is the customiser "back in"?
Or is this a bug?

Hi @bedas. The Open site editor link opens the Site Editor for block themes, and the Edit styles link opens the Global Styles panel in the Site Editor. I don't see any links shown in the screenshot that open the Customizer.
