Confirm Deletion on Manage Pages

I was looking through old tickets and came across #3489 which gave me an idea.. It looks like it had been partially implemented in WP, but not completely. I don't like how you can just click delete on the manage pages (i.e. Manage > Posts or Manage > Pages) and you don't have to confirm the deletion. I created two patches. They both cover Posts, Pages, Links, and Categories. The first patch uses the old language, which I don't like ('Cancel' to stop, 'OK' to delete.) and the second one uses language which I do. The reason I don't like the old language is it lists cancel first, however, the OK button comes first.
