Description

In theme Twenty Twenty-Three, H5 and H6 heading are in uppercase by default.

Steps to reproduce:
1 - Install and activate the theme Twenty Twenty-Three
2 - Select Gutenberg Heading block
3 - Type any text in lowercase and select H5 or H6
4 - The lowercase text will become uppercase automatically

This is a design decision; these headings are upper case on purpose.
