The site title in the editor, next to the WordPress logo, doesn't render HTML entities correctly. For example, it shows & instead of &.

Because this relates to the block editor, the report should be on the ​Gutenberg GitHub repository.

I mentioned this on GB20490, which is about the Post Title. The two likely are related, though you may want to open a new issue there for titles in this context.

This is related to #11311, possible duplicate.

Switching the resolution because I could verify the Site Title was fixed in 6.3.
