Cannot build a new page

Description
Any time I try to add a new page, the screen gets as far as showing me the default template options (blank, about, gallery, services, etc.) and crashes. I cannot edit or create anything new on my site. I am currently working on MacOS Monterey on the very latest version of Chrome. (I completely redownloaded Chrome and everything.) This has been a blocker to my work since yesterday.
