In 6.2.1 shortcodes are not rendered in Site Editor Templates (works in Template Parts)

Environment info:
WP: 6.2.1 (with & without Gutenberg plugin)
Theme: TT3

I can confirm, 6.2.1 update broke several sites of mine. Repro: Create a theme with a Gutenberg template like: templates/home.html and add a shortcodes there, they won't render.

Hello @gyurmey and thanks for the report.

This change was made in 6.2.1 for security reasons and a discussion was started in ticket #58333.

I'll close this one as duplicate, fell free to continue the discussion in the other ticket.
