Description

Dear,

I hope this email finds you well.

We have a website, www.cga.edu.jo, hosted on HostGator. Unfortunately, we are facing an issue with redirecting traffic to another website. Upon scanning the website using multiple tools, it appears that our website contains malware.

I have already contacted HostGator Support, but they informed me that they are unable to resolve the issue from their side. They suggested that I reach out to you for assistance.

After reviewing the plans available on the HostGator website, I noticed three options. If I were to choose the Essential Plan, would you be able to help clear the malware from our website?

I am eagerly awaiting your response.

Best regards,

Hi and welcome to WordPress Core Trac!

Sorry to hear about the troubles with your site. Unfortunately, this is not the right place to get help with individual sites.

Please start with this article:

If you want to know more about HostGator plans, you would need to contact their Sales and/or Support teams.

If you want further assistance from the WordPress community, you could try opening a topic on the support forums.

Because this is not a core bug, I'll close this ticket with the 'invalid' resolution.
