Description
Chrome 114 has introduced "text-wrap:balance" for CSS.
The importance of it is explained in: https://developer.chrome.com/en/blog/new-in-chrome-114/
This helps in displaying content more evenly and often required for headings such as site title and description below it.
So WordPress themes should have it.

- Milestone changed from Awaiting Review to Future Release
For block themes, there is this upstream issue: https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/52387
It is still something to consider for the classic themes, too.

- Keywords close added
It looks like this went into Twenty Twenty-Four, I am curious what people think about having this brought into classic themes themselves? My own feeling is to close this and focus on the upstream issue for block themes, or more recent ones. I am as a result going to put that keyword on but happy to change that if others feel differently.
I just mentioned this as a possibility in Twenty Twenty-Four:
