Description

Preview needs styling fixes as well as addition of the date picker (see #5846), Related section, and shortcuts section. The existing bookmarklet should be moved to the shortcuts section. See attached mockup.

The bookmarklet code is at the bottom of post-new.php. Remove it from there and add it to the sidebar.
