References to "Options" need to be changed to "Settings"

Description

Because the WordPress menu selection that used to be "Options" is now "Settings", all references to the former should be changed to the latter. A diff is attached to resolve this.

Also, all "Update Options" buttons now display "Save Changes" (per Ryan's request).
