Add Meta's Threads to the Social Icons block

Although there is no full web presents for Threads, yet, it is possible to link to a profile with a URL of the following format...

https://www.threads.net/@{your user name}

It would therefore be nice to add Threads to the Social Icons block, to allow people to make use of this. I have it in my sidebar (artiss.blog) but are resorting to using the generic "link" option for now.

I think this is safe to close as reported-upstream. In a matter for fact, the PR already got merged there.
