Add the option for the set the Table block Header section is sticky.

Description
The table header should have to be sticky so if there is a more numbers rows in a table then it easily gets the column header on scroll.

As this is a new enhancement can we add one more field whether the user wants to set the header sticky or not? As some of the user does not want the header sticky so they can deselect that option.
