Twenty Thirteen table block border is not same in editor and front end.

Description

Steps to reproduce the issue:-

  1. Activate Twenty Thirteen theme.
  2. Choose Table block.
  3. Apply some text color
  4. Now check both the side editor and front en.

You can able to see editor side and front side border is different.
