Description
I am trying to edit the pattern and found an issue with the setting panel.
Once I closed the settings panel not able to open it by clicking on the setting icon at the top right corner

I am currently unable to replicate this. It might mean it's resolved, it also might be my own setup. That in mind I am going to close this and recommend you report it iwthin the Gutenberg repository as suggested should you still be experiencing it. Thank you for your report.
