Write>Post: Advanced Options postboxes should be rearrangeable

Description

Testing the latest nightly in Safari reveals that the new postbox interface is no longer rearrangeable. I know the old dbx system allowed dragging the boxes around, and it was a bit of a disappointment to see the postbox system dropped this support. While this certainly is not a critical feature, I would really love to see this feature return.

+1000. This is critical functionality that we've lost here.

How do you use this functionality? What boxes do you change the order of? Does it relate to the use of particular popular plugins? Documenting how you use it makes a stronger argument, than just that you will miss the flexibility.

For example, both podPress and my plugin, Podcasting, add Advanced Options boxes. I always found it convenient to bring those boxes to the top. For non-plugins, I also like to have the trackback box at the very top as that is used fairly often.

I don't think there necessarily needs to be fully dragable boxes. I would be content with an option to put plugin boxes before WordPress' boxes or after, and then specify the order or plugin boxes. This does not even have to be available to the end user, just options for plugin developers to specify location. Also, I think the current default box order is perfectly fine, so it's mainly plugins that need to be addressed.

We can add extra contexts to the edit forms for use by add_meta_box(). You can currently position boxes after the category and tag boxes and also at the end of the advanced boxes. If that is not sufficient, we can add contexts that put boxes at the top. Since users can't reorder, plugins would need to use this sparingly. We can reconsider draggable boxes for 2.6 after seeing how things go for 2.5.

That functionality sounds good to me and plan sounds good to me. As I mentioned in my original description, I'm not looking for immediate gratification, it would just be nice to eventually have that functionality back.
