Update twitter social icon in widgets

Twitter has updated its official brand logo so update will be needed in widgets.

We are currently using MAXCDN. But, according to this [issue](​https://github.com/twitter/twemoji/issues/580), MaxCDN has shut down, so we should look for alternatives, like JSdeliver, or CloudFlare.

I think that would be more related to #57600, see comment:9:ticket:57600 specifically.
