Allow to show an additional custom tagline on the blog page

Hello everybody.
Here in Brazil, many major news portals have a part of the news that the editors call the Hat of the news.
It's like a subtitle of the news.

Ex:
Category: Politics
Hat: Confusion at the CPI

I would like to know if this is possible to be inserted in WordPress without the help of a plugin.

Example of sites that use this.
G1, UOL among others.

I edited the title of your ticket since "News Hat" isn't telling us much... This will make it easier to search too.

While I personally like the idea, I'm going to say "close" here. Since I feel this is going into plugin territory. Especially since this would add some major complexity for other users who don't need this feature.

Thank you for the suggestion, in this case I do agree this feels like something amazing to explore within a plugin. For now I am going to suggest this is closed.
