Unable to login to admin since the latest WP update this morning

Description
WP updated this morning and has broken everything. I received emails from Jetpack stating the website was down and a blank white page on WP admin. I cannot log in to do anything unless I use FTP. I renamed themes and plugins, this made no difference.
I uploaded a temporary index.html so visitors will see something and not just an error page or a blank white page. My hosting company have said it has nothing to do with them, it is WP that has caused the issue. This is the third time this has happened and I am close to removing WP from my website and starting from scratch with anything that is not WP.
