Hey @khamegah, sorry to hear about the problem you are facing. This seems to be an issue with some plugins you are using because the page you shared on the video doesn't seem to be coming from WP Core.
As this Trac is only for issues with the WP core itself, let me close this ticket. You can always go ahead and create a support ticket in the respective plugin's WordPress forum.
