Description
Wordpress6.3 has a cookie in homepage, but in previous WordPress version no any cookie in homepage, please check it in chrome. Can you please check it? Many thanks

Thank you for your note, please kindly check the attached screenshot.
In my test website, use chrome or edge, WordPress 6.3, home page has a cookie. In previous WordPress versions, no cookie.
