Description
Hi I install last version of WP 6.3 And now for role Contributor I see Tab
I think this is a bug because people with Contributor role should not see this tab

Hi. Yes I do.
I set the template Twenty twenty three and disabled all plugins. I had Ultimate Member installed but deactivated it for the experiment. The display Tools in the menu tab for this role remains.

Hi there
In your screenshot I notice that some plugins are installed. Have you made sure this happens without any plugins? I know that when using plugins like Admin Menu Editor or Advanced Access Manager you might create a similar effect and thats sometimes a bug in the plugin and not WP core...
