can the account be deleted??

Once created, accounts can't be deleted. But it's possible to anonymize your account. More information about that can be found at ​https://wordpress.org/about/privacy/

But: there's no harm in keeping this account. Perhaps you at some point would like to ask for help in the forums at ​https://wordpress.org/support/, and then you're going to need this account. If you happened to use "wrong" email, then you can change the corresponding address at ​https://profiles.wordpress.org/me/

Now. Since your ticket isn't about fixing or improving WordPress core, I'm going to close the ticket as "invalid".
