Description

As we know twitter name and logo is changed so please Add new Twitter (X) icon in wp-includes/dashicons.css

This is also being discussed in #59012 but let's keep it open as it is not the exact same scope.

By the way, if I recall correctly, the Dashicon library won't be updated anymore so it's probably better to use the icon from the ​@wordpress/icons package once available.

As such, I think this can be closed as wontfix.
