WordPress 6.3 Breaks the Posts Page Quick Edit Feature

Description

Upon updating to WordPress 6.3, the posts page Quick Edit feature fails to update the date and/or time, and instead just defaults to the time the post was originally created. I have had to rollback to WordPress core 6.2.2 as a result.

I need to have the Quick Edit functionality as I write numerous posts ahead of time and schedule the post's date for a future time. But this feature is now broken with WordPress 6.3.

Let me know what can be done to rectify this issue.

Thank you for your time.
