Description
We have many sites built in the full site editor, but none of the images will lazy load within the front page template. No images have the lazy load attribute and google page speed insights detect that none of them are lazy loaded

I have noticed that if the image is in a template part/pattern, the lazy loading is applied. This definitely seems like a bug because in WordPress 6.1.1 there was this same exact error when it came to the shortcode block, but it was resolved with WordPress 6.1.2
