Description

Standardizing style of buttons and selects. Removing unnecessary right angle quotes in buttons, applying button class across admin.

Personally, I think it looked better when only the "main navigation" buttons were in this style, and the submit buttons and stuff used the browser/OS default (the Vista buttons looked especially good)...
