  • Component changed from Bundled Theme to Editor
  • Milestone Awaiting Review deleted
  • Resolution set to reported-upstream
  • Status changed from new to closed
  • Summary changed from Twenty Twenty three theme Quote block is having issue with the option plain. to Twenty Twenty-Three: Quote block's Plain option still has the border

Let's try to fix this in the editor for any theme:
https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/49776

GB29856 added the borderless Plain style in the opt-in stylesheet, though it probably belonged in the Quote block's main styles.
