Tiled Gallery should have the same default padding as an image.

Description

I'm using wordpress.com, block content, the 2023 theme, and very litte CSS. When I have:

paragraph block
image block

There is about 20px of padding above the image.

When I have:

paragraph block
tiledgallery block

That padding is not there. I'd like to see the tiled gallery have the same behavior as the image block as it behaves that way in the editor.
