Testing Instructions
I found this while testing Global Styles Revisions for 6.4, but was able to reproduce it in 6.3.1.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to Appearance -> Editor
- Select a different style under Styles and Save (this creates a revision)
- Open the revisions panel
- Click on the Revisions symbol (a clock) and select Reset to defaults
- The wrong preview/state is shown

Hello! Thanks for creating this ticket.
I've tested and I think I can reproduce: the "unsaved changes" item at the top isn't updating when resetting the styles.
I think this should rather be an issue in the Gutenberg GitHub repository.
I've created an issue here: https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/55866
I'll resolve this ticket as "Reported upstream".
