You don't have permission to do that

Whenever, I try to add a category, add a user or delete a post I keep getting the message "You don't have permission to do that."

I am logged in as an administrator.

I have tried changing themes and have upgraded to version 2.3.3 but to no avail.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this problem

Perhaps related to #3807. Do you use Suhosin? You might be able to work around the problem with this plugin:

​http://sparepencil.com/code/ajax-referer-fix/

WP 2.5 will not have this problem. 2.3.x will require that plugin if your problem is the same as that in #3807.
