The image doesn't seem to load in TT4

Description

I installed the 6.4 Beta 2 version. The images don't seem to load in the TT4 theme. I have tried it in both Chrome and Safari. Even the live preview option seem to have the same issue.

OS: macOS
Localhost Server: Nginx
PHP: 8.1.23
WordPress: 6.4 Beta 2
Browser: Chrome and Safari
Theme: Twenty Twenty-Four (TT4)
Active Plugins: None

This issue was detected shortly before WordPress 6.4 Beta 2 was released. This was fixed as part of #59526 and will be available in WordPress 6.4 Beta 3 scheduled for release tomorrow.
