During the translation of WordPress 6.4, Rabmalin (Nilambar Sharma) on Slack found a typo.

Pascal Birchler, @swissspidy, already made a PR to fix this one.

So, since the PR is for Gutenberg... Is a new PR needed for core or is this going to be fixed via that PR?

No PR is needed for core. Gutenberg changes only need to be done in Gutenberg, not twice.

Punted to 6.5. This was fixed in ​https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/pull/55439 and will be in core with the next package update for 6.5
