the tweak to translation prompt in wp_site_admin_email_change_notification only showed the LABEL not the ###FULL_PLACEHODER###

Hi there, thanks for the PR!

Just noting that there are 17 instances of these translator comments in core (can be found by "those are placeholders"), and some of them would need an update too for consistency.

I wonder how much this clarifies the translator comment in practice, the original one seems fine as is to me, and might be more readable.
