Hello Guys, I found one minor UI issue in the edit post sidebar.
So when you are editing a global element and you click on the "Show Block Tools", sidebar heading border gets overlapped.

Environment: Fresh WordPress with no plugins
Theme: Twenty Twenty-Three ( 1.2 ) & Twenty Twenty-Two ( 1.5 )

Hi and thanks for the report!

The video shows the (site) editor, and the Top Toolbar view is activated.

The border seems to have been fixed for WordPress 6.4, possibly related to ​GB54093.

I tested this manually using WordPress 6.4.2 and can confirm that it has been solved.
