Description
When the add new post or edit post link is clicked, the whole page is white. The content can still be seen by viewing the page source, but there's no interface on the website.
I've tested across multiple WP installs with different themes and plugins installed, the same result on each install.

Can you reproduce this on a site with no themes or plugins other than the default theme? If so, please provide browser and operating system so we can attempt to reproduce the issue.
