After updating to 6.4.2 sitemaps no longer update

Description
I replicated this on two sites. Using yoast to and using google xml. Before updating it Instantly updates the sitemap when a new post is created. After updating to 6.4.2 it doesnt at all. I then tried restoring 6.4.1 but to no avail
