Incomplete page list in backend editor window

Description
My website has about 170 pages with sub-pages and sub-sub-pages. I would like to insert the Block "Page-ist" to list all pages on my site on one page. I would like to use the page-list-block for the navigation block as well of course.
Issue:
- Frontend: On the webpage- and the navigation-view, the complete list appears as desired.
- However, only a small part of the page list is displayed in the block editor.
This effect occurs in every browser (FF, Edge, Chrome) and with all plugins deactivated and with all WP Standard Block Themes (TT22, 23 , 24) with server-side and local installation.
The displayed part in the editor depends on the number of total pages (means when I delete 50% of the 170 pages the page list in the editor looks different - the list in the frontend looks always good).
